PURPOSE: To obtain multilayered film for tea bag by obtaining an original roll of film laminated with plural different types of film with the help of a large-size extrusion laminator and laminating on the said original roll of film a base film printed by means of a small-size extrusion laminator.
CONSTITUTION: A large-width original roll of film consisting of less than four plies of materials such as more than 500mm width paper, aluminum foil, cellophane, polyester, polypropylene film, etc. is laminated with polyethylene film using a large-size laminator. Next, the said large-width original roll of film is cut into plural equal small widths. Following this process a low-density polyethylene is sandwiched between said small width original roll of film and a separately printed film using a small-size laminator.
