Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the element to quickly be removed by a method wherein the element deposited on a printed substrate is pulled upward leaving held, and a fixed part is fused to be separated from the substrate. CONSTITUTION:Elasticity of a spring 36 is controlled by moving a screw 32 up and down according to a size of the element, and a rod 26 is elastically moved down to cause pawls 46, 48 to be engaged with the both ends of the element 52. When the pawls hold the element with the help of a spring 50 and release a thrusting force against the rod 26, the element 52 is given a climbing power by the spring 36. When a solder 58 fixing legs 56 of the element is heat-fused from the reverse side of a print plate 54, the fixing is released to cause the legs 56 to be separated from the substrate 54. A stopper 34 is contacted with a laterally built-up member 12 after the separation. With this construction, the element can quickly be removed.
