CONSTITUTION:If a probe 4 is set by manual operation on a drawing form 1 set on a table 2, the drawing information in that set position is picked up and inputted by a photoelectric transducer 6. At the same time, the position information of the image pickup region of this drawing is detected with the tablet 2 and a position sensor 5. The image of the drawing information having been picked up and inputted is recognized of pattern and is encoded, thence it is outputted together with the position information and is registered and stored in a computer system. If the inputting of local drawing information and its position information is performed random accessibly according to the constitution of the drawing, the reading and inputting of the drawing information is accomplished easily and effectively.
