Abstract

PURPOSE: To accurately mount each of reflecting mirrors to a given position on a sun follower by mounting a given number of reflecting mirrors placed in support frames on a frame and making said reflecting mirrors to adhere to the lower surfaces of collectively convex templates disposed above said frame.
CONSTITUTION: In mounting reflecting mirrors, first, a given number of reflecting mirror supporting frames 8 to which reflecting mirrors 7 have been attached are mounted on a frame 4. Then, from the lower side of the frame 4, one end of each regulating bolt 10 mounted with a washer 11 and a nut 12 is passed through a slot 13 in the frame 4 and screwed into a fixed nut 9 on the supporting frame 8. Then, a vacuum pump 15 is driven by using a motor 14 in order to exhaust each sucking chamber 18 of air through an exhaust hole 17' in each template 2. Under said condition, from the lower side of the frame 4 the reflecting mirrors 7 are pressed against the lower surfaces of the templates 2 by a human power and held by suction. After that, the nuts 12 are tightened, and the frame 4, the washers 11 and the nuts 12 are welded 19 to complete the mounting of each of the reflecting mirrors 7 to a given position.
