Abstract
PURPOSE: To stick fine particles uniformly and slightly on the substrate to be coated by sticking the fine particles of liquid produced in a vessel by an ultrasonic atomizer on the substrate and inclining the tip atomizing face of the atomizer upward.
CONSTITUTION: High-frequency electric power is applied between the electrode plate 6 of an ultrasonic atomizer 1 and a rear part metallic body 7, whereby an atomizing face 4 is ultrasonically vibrated at 10W20μ amplitudes. A fan 19 is driven to flow air along the atomizer 1 and eject it into a vessel 12, so that the flux liquid 25 in an upper tank 23 is led to the atomizing face 4 via a pipe 21, whereby it is atomized to 10W100μ fine particles. The fine particles produced in the vessel 12 are conveyed by the air flow to the upper part, eject from the outlet 13, hit against a printed board 20 and stick thereon. The fine particles stuck on the inside wall of the vessel 12 fall onto the bottom part and are discharged through a pipe 16 into a lower tank 17.
