Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the effect that the cyclone in a regenerating device receives on account of efficiency fluctuations by removing dusts from exhaust gases by using a moving bed dust collector which removes dusts from the exhaust gas by passing the exhaust gas through the moving beds of filter media. CONSTITUTION:A large amount of catalyst regenerating gas contg. 0.5-1g/Nm<3> fine catalyst particles of 1.05-2.81kg/cm<2>G, 593-677 deg.C exhausted from a regeneration tower 1 is supplied into the vessel 13 of a moving bed dust collctor 2 before it is supplied into an expander turbine 3 or a CO boiler 4. This gas passes through filter media moving beds 16, whereby the fine catalyst particles in the exhaust gas are stuck on the multiple filter media 22 and are thereby removed. The dust concn. of the exhaust gas exhausted from the exhaust pipe 19 of the dust collector 2 lowers down to 5mg/Nm<3> and since the filter media 22 play the role of heat accumulating material, the exhaust gas outlet temp. remains virtually constant, thus the exhaust gas of stable temp. is supplied to the turbine 3.
