Abstract

PURPOSE: To adjust a prime mover to a given temperature and to a most suitable revolving speed even in the case of heat-absorbing and heating, by controlling a governor of a prime mover by adding to a speed set value of a heat pump a deviation between a temperature detecting value of an endothermic coil or a heating coil and a set temperature value.
CONSTITUTION: A heat pump 1 representing a so-called compressor is driven from a prime mover 2 representing, say, an internal combustion engine, a high temperature and high pressure heating medium gas, which is the result of compression, being fed into a condenser 5. Said heating medium gas, whose heat is absorbed in a heating system containing a radiation coil 6 and a circulation pump 7, is condensed in the condenser 5, and afterwards, it is fed to an evaporator 4 whereat it absorbs the heat from a cooling system including a heat absorbing coil 8 and a circulating pump 9. As a result, it is evaporated thereat. Outlet temperatures of coils 6 and 8 are found by temperature detectors 10 and 11, respectively, the temperatures so found being compared with values set by their respective temperature setters 12 and 13 by means of computers 14 and 15. Each deviation signal is input to a computer 18 through a dual check valve 16. A set value signal set by a speed setter 17 is then corrected thereat, an output signal of the computer 18 being transferred to a governor 3.
