Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the early deterioration of a vibrator and prevent the drop of atomizing efficiency by flowing out replenished water preheated to about room temperatures from a reservoir storing reserve water to a main reservoir.
CONSTITUTION: If water in a water source tank 3 runs out, the water level in a main reservoir 8 drops gradually. If this water level reaches the lowest water level determined previously, a reed switch 29 is turned off and the driving of a supersonic wave vibrator 16 is stopped.
