Abstract

PURPOSE:To line a hole with a small diameter positively by a method wherein a tapped hole is formed which pierces in the axial direction of a nozzle member, a solid or hollow screw shaft made up by a lining material is screwed into the tapped hole and the same material lined on the one side. CONSTITUTION:A tapped hole 5 is built up which penetrates in the axial direction of a nozzle 2 mounted to a chemical instrument 1 or a nozzle member before installing to the instrument. A solid or hollow screw shaft 6 is screwed which is formed by a lining material. One side of the screw shaft 6 is lined by the lining material, a drilling portion 9 is disposed and the whole hole is finishing-worked. Thus, the hole with a small diameter is positively lined because the hole is simply lined while the lining material is fixed in the axial direction by screwing.
