Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A pair of right and left rotary tubes 4 and 4' are born to shaft 3 in the rotatable way, and a pair of operation levers 9 and 9' are provided in the back-and-forth rocking way along a pair of guide holes 11 and 11' which are provided in parallel on the surface of bracket 1. Then the obstacle component 14 is provided to regulate the back-forth movement of levers 9 and 9'. Thus lever 9' can feature the back-forth movement freely when component 14 blocks the back-forth movement of lever 9. In such way, the movement is regulated for levers 9 and 9' to secure the assured operation.
