Abstract
PURPOSE:To minimize the burden on cutters or the like and prevent pellets from adhering to each other by forming extrusion ports at intersections on the nozzle surface at least one apart each other between the redial and circumferential directions. CONSTITUTION:Extrusion ports 32 are formed assuming circles concentrically discribed on the nozzle surface with respect to the center point A thereof and lines passing the point A in such a manner as to equally divide the circles. The way of distributing the extrusion ports is different between the left half (L-L) of the nozzle 31 and the right half (R-R) thereof. In the left half of the nozzle, extrusion ports 32 are formed at the intersections one apart from each other in the circumferential and radial directions among those between the circles and the lines. In the right half, the extrusion ports 31 are formed at the intersections four apart from each other among those between the circles and lines. Thus, when cutting is made with a rotary cutting device, for example, a wire, the burden on the wire can be reduced noticeably and the cut of the pellets can be finished neatly.
