Abstract
PURPOSE:The described processing machine, whereby a phase shift of rotation of the work, deriving from a cutting of the cutter, is made minimum, by operating a synchronous while keeping the same phase between the work and the cutter. CONSTITUTION:A work 3 is supported and rotated by a rotary shaft 5 of a work spindle 1, and a cutter 4 is rotated and supported by a rotary shaft 9 of a cutter spindle 2, and the work 3 is processed by the cutter 4. Utilizing two links 11, 12 of the same length, having a common swinging center to the respective center of the work spindle 1 and the cutter spindle 2, on a common support point shaft 13 of the both links, is provided an idle pulley 14 having a mean number of teeth between a timing pulley 6 and 8 that are fixed to the rotary shafts 5, 9 of the work spindle 1 and the cutter spindle 2. This causes the phase shift to minimum between edge position of the cutter and cutting face of the work when in a cutting progress of the cutter.
