Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable a provision of such a device as being compact in size and to eliminate a high precision working at the end part of the partition wall plate by a method wherein ends of two partition wall plates adjacent to the end plates are connected with an arcular plate and a leakage of air in a direction toward the end plate in the platen and a partition wall plate fixing axis is prevented. CONSTITUTION:Leakage of air flowing toward the end plate 14 in the platen 2 and the partition wall plate fixing axis is completely prevented by connecting the ends of two partition wall plates 3 adjacent to the end walls with an arcular plate 13. Air leakage between the barrel plate 12 inside the platen 2 and the partition wall plate fixing axis is decreased by fixing a seal member 15 at the end part of the partition wall plate 3. A fixing of the seal member 15 at the end of the partition wall plate 3 and also at a circular part of the arcular plate 13 may enable a prevention of air leakage.
