Abstract
PURPOSE: To achieve the miniaturization of the flash mechanism and the higher accuracy of its action by beforehand storing the numbers corresponding to the ASA of the camera, distance and iris in recording elements and emitting the strobe light emission signal when the sum of these numbers become constant.
CONSTITUTION: ASA, distance and iris are boforehand stored digitally in an IC so that always correct exposure may be obtained when the sum of these at GN12 becomes 22 as shown in the table. Thereupon, when the light emission timing is before the timing of the magnet of the rear pawl 59, the strobe emits light. In this way, the miniaturization of the flash mechanism and the higher accuracy of its action are made possible.
