Abstract
PURPOSE: To achieve the reduction in the number of elements of the exposure control circuit by controlling the computation operations of exposure factors and mechanism control with a common microprocessor.
CONSTITUTION: The command of a microprocessor μ-PC causes a conversion circuit part 1 to make A/D conversion of the output of a photometric circuit part 12, the output of an exposure time setting circuit 13, etc. these being exposure factors and supplies the same to the PC5. Next, the PC5 operates the required aperture value based on these data and displays the result thereof in a display device 22. Also, the PC5 performs aperture control through a control circuit 62 and sets the required aperature value. Following to this, a timer circuit 3 is controlled by the PC5, whereby the specified exposure is accomplished. In this way, the computation of the exposure factors and mechanism control are controlled by using the common PC5, and therefore the number of elements as the entire part of the exposure control circuit may be reduced.
