Abstract

PURPOSE:The title remedy for patients with serious allergic diseases having remarkable treating effects with low toxicity, comprising gamma-globulin and histamine in a specific proportion. CONSTITUTION:A remedy comprising (A) human gamma-globulin and (B) histamine at a weight ratio of (A)-(B) of 8X10<4>:1, (B) being calculated as a dihydrochloride, used in a dose of 24-96mg of (A) and 0.3-1.2mug of (B). The low toxicity permits the administration in a large dose, and application to patients with serious allargic diseases, e.g. bronchial asthma or allergic dermtitis, which have not been easily treated.
