Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the firing failure of a phase controller when a load is inductive by inserting a fire mask generator between a pulse train generator becoming the count operation instruction of a down counter and a clock pusle generator.
CONSTITUTION: A firing mask generator 12 is inserted between a pulse train generator 9 for producing the count operation instruction of a down counter 11 and a clock pulse generator 2 in a multi-purpose operation control processor for producing a phase control conducting angle signal of a phase control element 6 in response to the output of a temperature sensor 8 or the like. The output of the generator 9 is forcibly stopped during predetermined time in response to the phase delay corresponding to the power voltage of a current due to the inductance component of the load 13 to thereby delay the firing of the element 6. Accordingly, it can eliminate the firing failure of the phase controller even if the load is inductive to thereby improve the reliability of the controller.
