Abstract
PURPOSE: To separate a filter plate for scraping filter residue certainly and enable the opening of a frame by a mechanism wherein a filter cloth hanging arm is supported to a filter plate by a shaft in a tiltable fashion and a contact segment is provided to a tilted filter cloth hanging arm.
CONSTITUTION: Because a filter cloth hanging arm 5 is rotated to a frame opening direction A at a peripheral of a shaft core 8' of a support shaft 8, a contact portion 12 which projects to an opposite side of a frame opening direction A in a filter cloth hanging arm 5 of a contact segment 11 and to a downward portion of a shaft core 8' of a shaft 8 during opening a frame is rotated to the side of a next filter plate 1' as well as to an upward direction. Because the pushing force of a contact portion 12 pushes a receiving portion 13 of a next filter plate 1' by the leverage generated at a fulcrum of a shaft core 8' of a shaft 8, the mutual close contact condition of filter plates 1, 1' in a filter plate group following to a filter plate 1' is maintained and, as a result of a reverse action of the pushing force, a filter plate 1 is separated from a next filter plate 1' by a distance corresponding to the revolution of a contact portion 12.
