Abstract

PURPOSE: To decrease the number of devices and thus to secure an easy IC formation by supplying the external command signal to the input terminal, drawing out the data from the output terminal to connect it to the transmission line and receiving the control signal delivered when the reception circuit is under the receivable state to transmit the data.
CONSTITUTION: Input terminals 8a, 9a and 10a recive the supply of the external command signals; and output terminals 8b, 9b and 10b are connected to transmission line 18 and deliver the data. In transmission controlling logic circuits 8∼10 containing such input and outout terminals, signal source circuits 11∼13 possess terminals 11d∼13d to deliver the data transfer end signals, and the output terminal features a high impedance when no data transfer is carried out. While monitor circuits 14∼16 consist of terminals 14a∼16a which deliver the monitor signals, data transfer end signal input terminals 14c∼16c, control signal input terminals 14d∼16d and others, and receive the control signals which are delivered when reception circuit 19 is under the receivable state to transmit the data. In this way, the number of the terminal can be reduced for device with the facilitated IC formation.
