Abstract
PURPOSE: To take out parts fed on a base disk in a state of being aligned through a slant ring, by combining the turning disk with the slant ring which is separately turned.
CONSTITUTION: A parts feeder is composed of a base disk 2 having a horizontal bottom and slant ring 1 having an obliquely installed carrier, and parts thus aligned are delivered through an outlet 8 and chute 9. The disk 2 and ring 1 are driven by driving shafts 4, 3 respectively. A fiexible wall 7 set on the external circumference of the base disk 2, being deformed as shown in the figure, is designed to prevent parts from falling out and deliver the parts to the slant ring 1 at the point of contact 5. Another wall 6 set on the external circumference of the ring 1 is designed to arrange the parts according to the kind and feed them through a chute 9.
