Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide balanced distribution of cooling air by separately sending the cooling air blown by a blower to the collector unit and other heat generating parts and further sending the cooling air sent to the other heat generating parts to the collector unit.
CONSTITUTION: The cooling air blown by a blower and supplied through a duct 14 into a branch duct 11 is distributed to an electromagnet 1 and ducts 12 and 13. The cooling air sent to the electromagnet 1 is sent to a chamber 8 through a duct 10 after cooling the electromagnet 1. The cooling air sent through the duct 12 is sent to a high-frequency circuit 4 after cooling an electron gun 6, then sent into the chamber 8. The cooling air joined in the chamber 8 is exhausted after cooling a collector 2.
