Abstract
PURPOSE: To control the hot water supply heating temperature of a boiler within predetermined constant range by controlling the fuel supply power and the input of a firing transformer by the operating of a thermal protector utilizing the self-heating of the transformer.
CONSTITUTION: When a plug 12 is inserted into a commercial power supply plug socket to close an operation switch 19, transformers 21, 22 for driving a control circuit and a blower motor 25 are operated. Switches 16, 24 are closed by a control circuit connected to the terminals a to d of the transformer 21, 22 on the basis of predetermined sequence to thus apply an input to a firing transformer 23, and a spark is discharged at a discharge gap 26 to thereby operate a solenoid pump 17 and a solenoid valve 18 to thus start burning. A thermal protector 20 detects the self heating of the transformer 23 to close or open to thereby control the operations of the transformer 23, the pump 17 and the valve 18.
