Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the material recovery efficiency, omit supplementary addition of a plasticizer and save transportation expenses by reusing waste films of polyvinyl chloride, wherein the content of a plasticizer has been decreased, as materials for obtaining laminated products. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of waste films of polyvinyl chloride for agricultural use, wherein the content of a plasticizer has been decreased, are laminated. This laminated product is heated to such an extent that the superficial layers of the films have a temperture of not less than 90 deg.C, to allow the films to be sticked to one another. A rigid plate type laminated product is thus obtained. Starting waste films may vary with respect to the plasticizer content. New PVC films or PVC powder may be inserted between waste films. A plate type laminated product can be subjected to a secondary processing and used as a reinforcing plate for a ridge of a rice- field, an agricultural material for forming drainage, and a construction material. EFFECT:This laminated product can be produced by using a simple method and apparatus in a place which is close to an area where waste films are collected and an area where a regenerated product is utilized. Accordingly, a loss of transportation expense can be prevented.
