Abstract

PURPOSE: To accelerate the movable member in a linear motor, improve the responding characteristic thereof and raise the assembling work efficiency thereof by mounting combination rollers for retaining interval and for preventing rolling thereof integrally at a plurality of movable members.
CONSTITUTION: A movable member 11 having slide teeth 16 oppositely to a stator 12 having stator teeth 13 is disposed, and combination roller 22 having rollers 14 for retaining interval and rollers 21 integrally engaged with the outside of the rollers 14 for preventing rolling thereof is mounted at the supporting shaft 20 provided at the side of the movable member 11. The rollers 14 and 21 may, for example, be bearings, but also be integrally formed by synthetic resin. Thus, it can reduce the weight of the movable member 11 to accelerate it to thereby improve the responding characteristics thereof and reduce the assembling steps to thereby improve the assembling work efficiency.
