Abstract

PURPOSE: To protect the deck erection from the waves shock by allowing only the deck erection including the living quarters against the main hull to float by an air cushion.
CONSTITUTION: Legs 2a, 2b of a deck erection are inserted within the depresses 1a, 1b defined in the hull 10 to develop the air cushion vacant spaces 3a, 3b for supporting and floating the deck erection 2 located between the internal plane of respective depress and the legs. The vacant spaces 3a, 3b are sealed with a rubber seal 9 to permit to feed the compressed air with an air compressor 7. Besides, the air springs 10a, 10b are controllably disposed by allowing to actuate the displacement of front and back, right and left, up and down directions relative to the hull 1 and the top fabrications 2. This permits to isolate the wave shock given to the vessel 1 by means of the air cushion and free from transmitting to the deck erection 2.
