Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the thrust clearance and improve the automatic assembly efficiency of a thrust spring, by making convexo-concave waves on a disk type flat spring, each convexity and concavity having an extrusion with a height lower than the free height of the wave. CONSTITUTION:An annualr, disk type flat spring is waved with concavities 10 and convexities 11, each being the same in shape and size and formed in the opposite direction, and each trough 12 having an extrusion 13, to compose a thrust spring 9B. This spring can effectively be applied with prepressure, having a minute gap l in size even when its free hight L1 of the wave is changed to an assembly height L2. Since the spring has no directivity nor catch, it can uniformly be accommodated in a box 15 and smoothly taken out by an adsorber 14 for automatic assembly.
