Abstract
PURPOSE: To achieve the simplification of adjustment and the improvement in workability and stability by providing plural reflecting mirrors, slewable joint parts, arms with the joint sliding vertically by being linked to the bottom end of a perpendicular shaft, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The laser beam 28 from a laser beam generating part 3 is led by a reflecting mirror 4 to a rotating mechanism 7 and a vertical shaft 5 linked to a vertically moving mechanism 6 and further it is directed in the horizontal direction by a reflecting mirror 8 to the horizontal shaft 9 linking to this, after which it is bent downward perpendicularly by the reflecting mirror 11 in the perpendicular shaft 12 linking to the horizontal shaft 9. In the shaft 12, an inner barrel 15 fitted slidably is suspended by a spring 14 and the joint part 30 consisting of a rotating mechanism part 20, reflecting mirror 16, arm 23 is slewable connected to the bottom end of the barrel 15. The arm 23 is mounted to the joint part 31 including the rotating mechanism 20 and reflecting mirror 17, the arm 24 to the joint part 32 including the rotating mechanism part 21 and reflecting mirror 18 and the joint part 32 to the lens mounting part 26 by way of the rotating mechanism part 22, respectively screwably. Thereby, the simplification of adjustment and the improvement in workability and stability may be achieved.
