Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce a natural contraction, by composing a thermal contractive soft film such that it comprises a copolymer resin with a melt index of 1 to 20 which consists of an ethylene and a 1-butane, content of the said ethylene being 65W 90wt%.
CONSTITUTION: A copolymer with melt index of 2 consisting of an ethylene, whose content is 85wt%, and a 1-butane is extrusion-molded at an extrusion temperature of about 230°C to produce non-stretched sheet being 200μ in the thickness. Said sheet is stretched in 2-way at a stretching temperature of approximately 80°C by 2W 4-fold the length of the original in the transverse direction and by 2W4-fold the length of the original in the longitudinal direction to produce a thermal contractive soft film whose Vicat softening point (ASTM-D-1525) is approximately 54°C.
