Abstract
PURPOSE: To form a painted surface with excellent design effect by a mechanism wherein a mastic like main material is coated to a building material surface such as wall material or the like and an uneven pattern is formed on the surface thereof, thereafter is coated by a low viscosity top coat paint.
CONSTITUTION: To the surface of a building material such as a wall material fabricated from the material such as concrete, mortar or the like, is firstly coated a mastic like main material comprising an aggregate powder such as silica sand, an inorganic binder such as white cement, colored cement and the like or an organic binder such as a polymer or a copolymer emulsion of methacrylic acid ester, vinyl acetate and the like. On this coated surface, an uneven pattern is formed by using a trowel, a spatula, a tamp, a brush, a comb, a design roller and the liked. Lastly, is coated by spray, brush, roller and the like a top coat paint comprising a mixture of a transparent synthetic resin solution of acrylic, acrylurethane and the like as a binder and 1W5wt% to the resin solid of an inorganic or an organic pigment and containing 20W45wt% of an unvolatile component at the painting time of which the painting viscosity measured by an IWATA cup NK-2 model is adjusted to 8W 15sec.
