Abstract
PURPOSE:To omit the large-size and low-frequency transformer and thus to simplify the device by forming the signal generation system with the small-size and light- weight high-frequency transformer, the rectifier circuit, the smoothing circuit, the switch circuit, the control signal generation circuit and others and then obtaining the call signal for ringing the telephone bell. CONSTITUTION:High-frequency generation circuit 1, high-frequency transformer 2, rectifier circuit 3, smoothing circuit 4, switch circuit 5 and telephone bell 7 are connected in series. And circuit 5 is controlled via control signal generation circuit 6, and circuit 6 consists of photo couplers PC1-PC4, reverse current preventing diodes D1-D4, overcurrent preventing resistances R1 and R2, and noise absorbing capacitor C each. Then current I1 and I2 of the opposite polarities and featuring the same frequency as the call signal are flowed alternately to circuit 5 in order to cause the call signal output. Thus the device can be miniaturized owing to use of the large-size low-frequency transformer, reducing both the volume and the weight down to about 1/10.
