CONSTITUTION:The length L of storage cells 14A-17A of each transmission line is varied (increased) and also the width L of each transmission line is changed (decreased) to be set to L11, L22, L33, L44 and W11, W22, W33, W44 respectively. And the selection is given between original L and WK(K=1, 2, 3, 4) so that the following relations may be obtained: L11.W11=L.W1, L22.W22=L.W2, L33.W33=L.W3 and L44.W44=L.W4 respectively. In this case, if the widths W11-W44 are set under the relation of W11=W22=W33=W44 and this value is set to, for example, 1/8W, the higher harmonic distortion can be reduced down to 1/2 the conventional value. Thus, the width of each charge transmission line is decresed with the length increased for the storage cell under the fixed electrode on each charge transmission line in order to obtain the desired area for the storage cell.
