Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of concrete blocks 3 are located and installed by providing clearance which forms concrete block coupling 4. Steel block 5 is mounted on concrete block 3 and steel block coupling 6 is welded. After completion of welding, concrete is placed on the concrete block coupling 4 where steel block is mounted.
