CONSTITUTION:Compressed air is supplied or discharged through a gas inlet port 47 into or from an inner space 48 of a bag body which is formed by a cylinder 31, shell 42, flexible member, and tap 43. One end of a pipe 49 is located at the bottom of the space 48 and the other runs out through the shell 42, which has a valve 50. With the valve 50 opened, a compressed air produces drain 61 to deposit on the bottom of the space 48, which is blasted automatically by an air pressure of the compressed air. This prevents deterioration of an automobile-height regulating function and a failure of the regulator.
