Abstract
PURPOSE: To easily remove the metal sticking to the dies opening and to improve the dies efficiency, by installing the elevating extrusion jig pressure plate and the dies bearer so as to face each other from upside and downside, and by arranging between them the heating coil and the stationary dies holder.
CONSTITUTION: The dies 1, whose opening is being stuck by the metal 2 like as Al, etc., is placed on the stationary dies holder 9; the dies 1 is pushed up by the dies bearer 5 elevating with the cylinder 7, and is inserted into the midst of the heating coil 8. The sticking Al is heated with AC current by the heating coil 8 up to about 300°C. After finishing the heating, the dies bearer 5 is descended, and only the dies 1 is left on the stationary holder 9. Next, the extrusion jig pressure plate 4 holding the jig 3 is descended by the cylinder 6 so as to pass inside the coil 8; hereby, the metal 2 is extruded by the jig 3 and is removed away. Accordingly, since the treatment of the conventional dissolution waste liquor is unnecessary, the environmental pollution is not caused, and the dies efficiency is improved without interrupting the extrusion process for many hours.
