CONSTITUTION:Rectifier circuit 23 is connected to AC power source AC, and constant voltage circuit 25 turns the output voltage of circuit 23 into the constant voltage. In addition, voltage detection circuit 27 is provided to generate the detection signal when the output voltage of circuit 25 becomes lower than the fixed level. The output voltage of circuit 25 is supplied to the counter via circuit 27 as well as to electronic unit 26 which supplies the counter input signal.
