Register group 3 stores X and Y-axis movement commands xO and yO required for pulse distribution and feeding speed command fO in resisters X, Y and F respectively, and fO is transferred to operation drive unit control circuit 10 to generate operation drive unit control signals δO. Next, command value rate operation circuit 10 determines command value multiplication factors nX and nY and drive unit multiplication factors δX and δY, which are dependent upon comparison between xO and yO, on a basis of xO, yO and δO, and sends them to command value multiplier circuit 20 and drive unit multiplier circuit 40 respectively. Meanwhile, interpolation operation circuit 30 executes interpolation operations to send interpolation outputs XP and YP to circuit 40, and driving signals XD and YD equal to xO and yO are sent to servo motor 50.
