Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an adhesive film of easily adhesive property having an interface highly adaptive to adherence by stretching a polyester film coated on one face or both faces thereof with N-alkoxyalkylated nylon solution.
CONSTITUTION: N-alkoxyalkyl ted nylon formed by replacing 10W40% of amid groups of nylon 6, nylon 66 or the like with alkoxyalkyl groups is dissolved in a lower alphatic alcohol at a concentration of about 0.3W6wt%. This solution is coated on one face or both faces of a polyester film, which has not been stretched or has just been stretched uniaxially, at a rate of about 0.01W5.2g/m2. After drying the coat to form a primer layer, the film is stretched uniaxially or biaxially, before subjected to thermal fixation at a temperature above about 180°C for a time period over about 2.5sec.
