Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare multiple coils without distortion efficiently by winding coils onto a winding frame having a number of steps with different diameters connected together in series, and obtaining the coils by the use of a coil transferring tool having rail-off pins.
CONSTITUTION: The first spool 11 and the second spool 12 have steps 21∼26 with different diameters each and are connected in series by a hinge 4. After connecting these spools to a rotary machine R, one end of wire L drawn out of an arm A is fixed to the smallest spool 21 of the first spool 11. Driving the rotary machine R so as to turn the spools in a fixed direction around the axis, the arm A is transferred in the axial direction of the spools, then the wire L is wound on to the spool 21∼26 of the first spool 11, before being wound on to the spool 26∼21 of the second spool 12, continuously for the specified number of times. Then the wire L is cut. The winding frame is removed from the rotary machine, and both the spools are bent by the hinge 4 so as to put them in parallel. The rail-off pin of the coil transferring tool T is inserted into a cutting pin of the spool while easing the tension of each coil C1∼C6, and the coils are removed from the spools.
