Abstract

PURPOSE: To ensure a high accuracy of phase matching by measuring the eccentric phase with the load wheel kept horizontally with the phase control given, detecting the RFV mark with the tire set upright along with the phase control and then securing the preset state after giving a collation between the eccentric phase and the RFV mark.
CONSTITUTION: The eccentric phase measurement of load wheel 2 plus the eccentric phase control process A, the RFV mark detection of tire 1 plus the mark phase control process B, and preset process C are all arranged cubically and approximately via the space on tact conveyor 3 functioning as a carrier device. Both wheel 2 received the phase control at process A and upright tire 1 received the mark phase control at process B are preset automatically in the carrying period of one carrying pitch P of conveyor 3. As a result, the phase shift can be minimized between tire 1 and wheel 2, and furthermore the arrangement of the processes is possible just by giving a slight modification to the existing line.
