Abstract

PURPOSE: To form a drinking water of a high alkalinity easily by providing a stirring chamber with an opening on its upper part and also a freely openable dropping hole on its lower part for dissolving a chemical to the cover of a container.
CONSTITUTION: The anode chamber 3 side of the cover 8 of the container 1 is integrally provided with the stirring chamber 9 in which a chemical to increase the concentration of calcium ion of calcium tactate, etc., is dissolved by hot water. The stirring chamber 9 has an opening on its upper part and also the dropping hole 10 on its lower part.
