Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of components of a shaft-fitted portion and raise the dimensional accuracy of a flywheel magneto, by shaping a hub as a polygon and tightly fitting the hub in a bowl-shaped wheel. CONSTITUTION:The hub 1 is shaped as a polygon and tightly fitted in a cylindrical part 2A of the bowl-shaped wheel 2. One side of the hub 1 is fixed at a bent end 2B of the cylindrical part 2A. A side (a) of the bowl-shaped wheel 2 is push-bent while the outside surface of the cylindrical part 2A is pushed inward in the radial direction. As a result, a bent part 2C is formed and the hub 1 is locked up from moving in the axial direction. The entire inside surface of the cylindrical part 2A is in contact with the entire outside surface of the hub 1. The cylindrical part 2A and the hub 1 are firmly fixed on each other.
