Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The switching is given to AC power source 1 via switching circuit 2 and with the high frequency (10W20kHz). And the high frequency is drawn out through high frequency transformer 3, and the electric conduction is secured for load 5 via filter circuit 4. Then the load current is detected via load current detection circuit 6 for extraction to be applied to circuit 2, and the control is given to circuit 2 to obtain the constant current characteristics. In this case, if the switching frequency is high surficiently (not less than 5kHz), the ripple caused by the switching is small to cause no distortion of the current waveform.
