Abstract
PURPOSE: To construct marine structure mooring equipment of safe and reliable feature in such a way that dumped stone layer and concrete layer are formed in sequence as foundation on sea bottom, intermediate support platform with flexible skirt is nextly positioned on the foundation, and fluidic concrete is fed into space within skirt through feed pipe provided in the support platform so as to construct an integral concrete block together with concrete layer when solidified.
CONSTITUTION: Foundation is formed by dumped stone layer 1 and concrete layer 2 on sea bottom E. Positioned on the concrete layer 2 is prefabricatd box-like intermediate support platform 3 which is made of steel plate with concrete lining layers coated on inner and outer surfaces thereof in order to protect agaist corrosion and to increase weight of support platform 3 of pontoon-like configuration. The platform 3 is provided with concrete feed pipe 4 extending from top wall to bottom wall thereof and flexible skirt 5 extending from bottom wall down to the top surface of concrete layer 2, and further with valves necessary to flood the pontoon-like support platform 3. When fluidic concrete is poured into space enclosed by skirt 5 through pipe 4, the concrete is solidified integrally with the concrete layer 2 so as to form a rigid concrete block. Therefore, reliable installation capable of mooring marine structure T can be easily constructed.
