Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a composite mold product which has the high size accuracy and the excellent durability, such as size stability, anti-crack property and the like, by positioning at least one of perforations made in a metal plate so that it shall be located facing and being opposite to a resin filling gate of a molder. CONSTITUTION:A perforation 7 is made in such a place on a metal plate 1 as is positioned facing and being opposite to a gate 6 through which resin is first flown into a mold 3, and a runner, in which the resin flows with the perforation 7 as the starting point, is provided. Resin projections 5 secured by resin collars 4, whose diameter is larger than that of the perforations 7, are formed at a given place. The perforations 7 corresponding to the gate 6 serve as a resin reservoir, and as a result a molecular orientation and a residual stress are reduced sharply. And besides, the runner is placed so that the perforation corresponding to the gate shall be positioned as a starting point, and thus, the resin projections 5 are harder to deform when the runner is cracked in comparision with the resin projection being provided in the case of the respective resin collars being coupled together direct through the runner.
