Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide insulative tape or film relieving concentration of intensity of electric field by dispersing, in a high-molecule organic material, a predetermined amount of titanic acid matal salt, carbon lack and organic material not soluble to the aforementioned material.
CONSTITUTION: Insulative tape or film is made from a compound consisting of 100 parts of high-molecule organic material mixed uniformly with less than 150 parts of titanic acid metal salt and less than 30 parts of carbon black or compound further mixed with less than 30 parts of organic material not solved with the aforementioned materials. Or, the first-mentioned tape or film layer and the second tape or film layer are stacked to form an insulative tape or film. In regard to high-molecule organic material, halogen containing polymer, acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymerization such as chloridized polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride or rubber such as neoplene rubber are used.
