Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a kneading apparatus which can knead and gloss, though material has high or low viscosity, by repeating kneading and stirring with stirrer and kneading device having a plurality of rollers which rool and move mateial to be processed while the material is continuously supplied. CONSTITUTION:Material to be kneadded is supplied from inles 8, 8 and passed through a connecting passage 9 into a kneading tube 10. As the inner wheel 15 of a kneading device 13 and the outer gear wheel 18 of a stirrer 14 rotate together with a rotating shaft 2, the material to be kneaded is processed 17 and tirred by revolving planet gear 20. The stirred material is kneaded by a next kneading device 13 and then stirred. Thus, the kneading and stirring are repeated and finally the kneaded and glossed material is discharged through a gathering chamber 11 from an outlet 12.
