Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the title paint which gives a surface similar to the natural verdigris when coated to copper, by using basic copper carbonate, basic copper acetate, basic copper sulfate and/or basic copper chloride as pigments.
CONSTITUTION: A paint containing one or more compounds selected from (A) basic copper carbonate, (B) basic copper acetate, (C) basic copper sulfate and (D) basic copper chloride. The vehicle of the paint is a solution of a organic or an inorganic film-forming material dissolved in a solvent, optionally containing a dispersant such as phosphoric acid, etc.
