The signal c is applied to a comparator 9, and the signal a is applied to a gate 10. The comparator 9 produces an output signal so that weather information can be synthesized in respective radar sites in a minimun altitude type. then, the radar weather information of unified coordinate as a whole from the data synthesizer 12 is synthesized and outputted, and applied to an entire coverage data file 13.
