Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a high frequency pulse row due to discharging of each condenser to conduct high precision processing and to control the current greatly conveniently by making the pulse row generate processing pulses interrupted at the time interval of the low frequency due to charging of the condensers. CONSTITUTION:Said source is composed of charging and discharging condensers 1a-1e, rectifiers inserted in each charging circuits 2a-1e, a charging power source switch 3, switches inserted in discharging circuits 5a-5e, a clock oscillator which generates high frequency control pulses 10 and a one-shot MULTI 13 which outputs low frequency pulses, etc. Then, when each condenser has been charged, the NULTI 13 runs, the switch 3 is turned on, each condenser is charged simultaneously, the switches 5a-5e are turned off during charging, discharging circuits are interrupted and breaking intervals of discharging are controlled. Therefore precision processing and current strength control are achieved easily.
