Abstract

PURPOSE: To raise flowing characteristics by eliminating the leakage of gas even after long-term use by forming body and valve with contrastedly different thermal shrinkages of resinous materials, respectively, for the ventilation valve through which blow-bye gas is flowed to air intake pipe.
CONSTITUTION: The ventilation valve 10 consists of the body 11 with the pipe 13 leading to a crank case not illustrated in Fig. and the body 12 with the pipe 14 leading to a intake manifold not illustrated in Fig., and its inside is also provided with the plunger valve 15 in close proximity to the body 11 side all the time by the spring 19. The bodies 11 and 12 are made of a resinous material of a small thermal shrinkage and the plunger vlave 15 is made of a resinous material of a great thermal shrinkage. Thus, even if soot, etc., adhered to the inside, the valve 15 can keep in touch closely with the body 11 becuase of the different thermal shrinkages of the resinous materials during the operational period when no refluxing of blow-bye gas is necessary.
